During Lockdown

We sell our lovely items all over the UK. However, primarily we are a physical shop selling to customers in and around Claygate in Surrey

During lockdown all our sales have to be online. Therefore, we have made our returns policy simple and clear.

If you are local KT10, KT5, KT6, KT7 and KT9 and we have personally delivered to your doorstep, please email us and we will collect your returns free of charge soon afterwards and immediately refund your payment.

If you live further away and we delivered free of charge via Royal Mail and you would like to return an item please email us and return via Royal Mail (normally costs about £3 to £4). We would then refund your original payment on the same day it reaches us.



We use the the Royal Mail to deliver most of our orders. Items are delivered the next day after dispatch for most first class items and delivered within 3 working days of dispatch for second class items.

We aim to dispatch most of our products, within 1-2 business days when products are held in stock, in our physical shop. However, dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or acts of god, for which we will not be responsible. If the items are not in stock because they have recently been sold in store, or the website has not recently been updated we will advise you of this and ask you whether you wish to wait or receive an immediate refund.

Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated above, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time after dispatch, please notify us as soon as possible by email - info@catandmouse.boutique. We will follow up with Royal Mail and endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible. 

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers. Neither do we routinely deliver to overseas addresses, because currently delivery costs are prohibitive, often double the sales price. Delivery costs to Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland are significantly higher than England, Wales and most of Scotland and therefore we are unable to deliver at the quoted price. However, if you live in these areas, or you are from outside the UK please email us for a delivery quotation and we will supply you with an accurate one. Currently. due to Corona Virus we are offering free delivery.


If you receive your item and it is faulty, or not what you ordered please contact as soon as you receive us for details on how to return it. A full refund of your order total will be given once the items are received back to us in their original packaging and in perfect order. We will also refund your return postage if you use Royal Mail.

However, if the item is as described and photographed and you have just changed your mind we will not be able to offer a refund of your return postage or the original postage. In such situations, you may return items within 14 days. Please contact us at info@catandmouse.boutique.

Returned products must be in new, unused and in unworn condition, original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with indication that it was used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.

Please return the goods to Cat & Mouse Boutique, 6 The Parade, Claygate, Surrey KT10 0NU. We recommend that you send returns by by 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for proof of postage. We can’t be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder. If you are local to our shop in Claygate you may wish to return the goods personally.

We will refund your payment (less any original delivery costs) as soon as receive the goods.
