The Vault Team is led by David Baker, an award-winning hairdresser with an infectious passion for hairdressing.  He is part of a Global Education team and travels across the world inspiring hairdressers with the very latest techniques as well creating inspirational new collections.  In 2024 David joined forces with the renowned REF Stockholm as their UK Artistic Ambassador, a Swedish professional haircare brand built on high performance, sustainability, and ethical beauty. Everything David stands for!

He has an incredible reputation for creating strong, inspirational haircuts and his work is globally recognised within the hairdressing industry and can often be seen amongst the pages of various international magazines.
